Forza Invitational Cup 2018 Schedule
To all students that have entered the Forza Invitational Cup on Saturday 24th March, the timetable for events is below. Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before your category is about to start.
All students entering the kumite (fighting) category. Please ensure that you have the correct protective equipment as explained in class:
- Kumite Hand mitts (red or blue)
- Kumite Shin and Instep pads (red or blue)
- Gum shield
- Kumite belt (red or blue)

4-6 years – Kata – 12:00 – 12:10pm
4-6 years – Kumite – 12:15-12:25pm
4-6 years – Slam man – 12:30 – 12:45pm
Trophies and awards ceremony – 12:45 – 12:55pm
7-10 years – Kata – 12:55 – 1.30pm
7-10 years – Kumite – 1:30 – 2:15pm
7-10 years – Slam man – 2:20 – 2:55pm
Trophies and awards ceremony – 2:55 – 3:05pm
11-13 years – Kata 3:05 – 3:25pm
11-13 years – Boys Kumite 3:30-4pm
11-13 years – Girls Kumite 4:00 – 4:10pm
11-13 years – Slam Man – 4:10 – 4.25pm
Trophies and awards ceremony 4:25 – 4:35pm
14-15 years Cadet Male Kumite – 4:30 – 4:40pm
14-15 years Cadet Female Kumite – 4.40-4.50pm
14-15 years Cadet Mix Kata – 4:50 – 5:00 pm
