Frontier Karate Association Squad Training – Heathfield – 10/03/2018
On Saturday 10th March, JHKA attended Frontier Karate Association (FKA) kumite squad training session held at Heathfield Leisure Centre. Sensei Paul Simmons (5th dan) ran the kumite session for 11 years and under followed by 12 years plus.
For JHKA, it was our second training session with the FKA squad and all students that attended worked extremely well 👌🏻
It was a great session with lots to learn and a very well done to all those that made the effort on the day. Training as a squad and building team cohesion is what it is all about – squad badges and medals will come to all those that work hard 🥇
Special mention to JHKA first timers that came along and gave their all – these 3 students are just red and yellow belts!
Ky Turgut, Tay Turgut and Maria Syrichas, well done! 👋
See you at the next squad – Saturday 16th June (Rayleigh, Essex).
