Introducing Our Sport Karate Coaching Sessions
Our Sport Karate Coaching sessions launched in March 2025 last year. As part of this change, our Preparation Training sessions transitioned to this new format, featuring split age groups in kumite.
By tailoring our kumite sessions to specific age groups, we will be able to provide more focused and individualised coaching, helping participants enhance their skills and performance more effectively. Our Super Champs students will also benefit from increased opportunities to develop for competition by taking part in our 12 years and below sessions, all while maintaining the fun and excitement that makes these sessions so valuable.
Our Sport Karate Coaching sessions will now be streamlined into focused 2-hour sessions.
