Our club holds four grading examinations per year. Your child will be handed a mock grading slip if they are ready to grade to their next belt. In order to be assessed for grading, your child must be present for their lesson during “Mock grading week”, all dates are below.
Club Grading Dates
Please ensure that you register your child before the grading deadline as stated on the form.
(Eligible students only, students must receive a mock grading form)
- Sunday 15th March (Mock grading will take place week starting Saturday 31st January 2026)
- Sunday 10th May (Mock grading will take place week starting Monday 13th April 2026)
- Saturday 18th July (Mock grading will take place week starting Saturday 13th June 2026)
- Sunday 22nd November (Mock grading will take place week Saturday 10th October 2026)

- Sunday 29th November 2026 – Invitation only following eligibility and successful mock grading.
Dan Grading Requirements must be met:
- Train a minimum of 3 times per week for a 12 month period
- Attend 80% of Acceleration Courses in a 12 month period
- Attend once per month Kata and Kumite Specific training
- Attend all four Association Training sessions in Kata and Kumite
