All four sessions are compulsory for Association squad members.

- Saturday 13th September (Venue – Chingford Dojo)
- Saturday 29th November (Venue – Rayleigh Primary, Essex)
Adapted Times for March 2025 ONLY:
- Kata Training – 12:30 – 2 pm
- 11 Years and under Kumite – 3 – 4.30 pm
- 12 Years Plus Kumite – 4.30 – 6 pm
Normal Times:
- Kata Training – 1:30 – 3 pm
- 11 Years and under Kumite – 3 – 4.30 pm
- 12 Years Plus Kumite – 4.30 – 6 pm
JHKA 4th Kyu and above – Kata and Kumite is a compulsory requirement for 4th kyu purple belts and above. If any student is not registered, you will not be eligible to grade.
