Frontier Karate Association Squad Training / Selections 2022

All four sessions are compulsory for Association squad members.

1. Saturday 5th March (Venue – Heathfield)
2. Sunday 26th June (Venue – Rayleigh Primary, Essex)
3. Saturday 3rd September (Venue – Chingford)
4. Saturday 10th December (Venue – Heathfield)

Normal Times:

• Kata Training – 1:30 – 3 pm
• 11 Years and under Kumite – 3 – 4.30 pm
• 12 Years Plus Kumite – 4.30 – 6 pm

Adapted Times (Sunday 26th June 2022)

Kata Training – 11:30 – 1:00 pm
11 Years and under Kumite – 1:00 – 2.30 pm
12 Years Plus Kumite – 2:30 – 4.00 pm

JHKA 4th Kyu and above – Kata and Kumite is a compulsory requirement for 4th kyu purple belts and above.
