All four sessions are compulsory for Association squad members
- Saturday 7th March (Venue – Rayleigh, Essex)
- Saturday 4th July (Venue – Chingford)
- Saturday 12th September (Venue – Heathfield)
- Saturday 5th December (Venue – Rayleigh Primary, Essex)
Times:
- Kata Training – 1:30 – 3 pm
- 11 Years and under Kumite – 3 – 4.30 pm
- 12 Years Plus Kumite – 4.30 – 6 pm
Kata and Kumite is a compulsory requirement for 4th kyu purple belts and above.
