37 Medals at the English Kyu Grade Championships!
JHKA and Frontier Karate Association have just returned from a very successful EKF English Kyu Grade Championships winning a huge 37 medals!
Just under a year ago, we won 8 bronze medals at the BKF British 4 Nations and five months ago we won 20 medals at the BKF British International. We have now exceeded those results with a fantastic 37 medal tally. Well done to everyone involved.
On the week leading up to this event, we held a two day pre-training before the competition for 20 selected athletes, 16 out of the 20 athletes that attended the pre-training won a medal at the EKF Kyu Grades, that is 80% success rate! A very successful pre-training once again for those selected.
