Frontier Karate Association Training 2022

Well done to the whole Frontier Karate Association Squad at the last squad training of 2022 in East Sussex!

The Association Team in 2022 (FSK, Forza and JHKA) managed to win:

🥇Commonwealth Karate Games Champions and medalists

🥇British Champions and medalists

🥇English Champions and medalists

🥇English Senior Female Team Finalists

🥇England Team Individual U16 Cap (Commonwealths)

At all age groups Senior, U18, U16, U14, U12 and U10’s.

Head of Association Sensei Paul Simmons 6th Dan and Senior Association Coach, Anthoni Everitt 6th Dan asked Sensei Jade Honeywood (Assistant Association Coach) to deliver the Kumite 11 years and under session.

It was a great honour to be asked to run an Association level session and a privilege to be handed this opportunity by two extremely successful and highly experienced coaches. Well done to all 11 years and under, it was a fantastic session.

Good to see JHKA invited athletes attend and JHKA current squad too, well done.

If you were ill then make sure you make up for it over Christmas 🎄 👊
