Head of Association Sensei Paul Simmons 6th Dan and Senior Association Coach, Anthoni Everitt 6th Dan asked Sensei Jade Honeywood (Assistant Association Coach) to deliver the Kumite 11 years and under session.

It was a great honour to be asked to run an Association level session and a privilege to be handed this opportunity by two extremely successful and highly experienced coaches. Well done to all 11 years and under, it was a fantastic session.

Good to see JHKA invited athletes attend and JHKA current squad too, well done.

If you were ill then make sure you make up for it over Christmas ðŸŽ„ ðŸ‘Š
