Your Sensei is English Karate Champion 2022

JHKA’s Chief Instructor competed in 2022’s EKF Senior English Karate Championships on 3rd July 2022.

Jade Honeywood – Senior English Karate Champion -68kg 2022

The spotlight final on the centre tatami was a phenomenal spectacle set up by the English Karate Federation. Held at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield, Sensei Jade won 4-0 in the final scoring an excellent head kick in the final second.

In front of a large audience, Sensei Jade celebrated in style and ran straight to coach Sensei Anthoni Everitt (6th Dan) as soon as she won her gold medal. Sensei Jade can now add an English title to her many British titles.
