JHKA Easter Karate Course

Fantastic Easter Course at Chingford dojo outside! (07/04/2021) ⛅️🥋

Well done to all 24 students in attendance for our first face to face course back since 2020! It was great to be back and everyone trained really well ✅

We worked on Kumite, Gumite, Kata, Japanese Terminology and an Easter egg and spoon race in the mix too! 🥚 🥄 

Huge congratulations to our White Belt I. Grierson from Collier Row Dojo who did brilliant yesterday on her first course. She did great learning the first few moves of Pinan Sandan (thank you to Kayleigh and Michael for helping Ivy in the team kata competition). 

Excellent training throughout the day from J. Prescott, our green belt from Enfield Dojo. Showing great Kumite techniques and a great prospect for competition Kumite 💯
