JHKA One Day Summer Course 2018

JHKA held its first ever One Day Karate Summer Course! 🥋☀️🤩🥋

20 students signed up to the course and we had so much fun!

Everybody did so well and earned stripes on their belts.

Special mention to our white-red stripe belt who was the best fighter on the day with a super gyaku zuki! Well done James Baldock! 🥋

Well done to Dennis Prajisteanu who won the kata competition for his age group! 🥋

Really pleased with the attitude to training on the day and looking forward to the next one!
